The Yokohama Scouts are faring best in the International Division at today’s Prelims competition, jumping up three spots since their last performance on Tuesday in Michigan City, Ind. DCI’s Dan Potter discovers that Yokohama’s U.S. Tour has been much more than just a pleasant distraction for the corps.
