Crosby Resigns As Academy Percussion Caption Head

After an incredible 10 years of teaching with The Academy, Glen Crosby will be stepping down from his post as Percussion Caption Head at The Academy for the 2012 season. Glen was the first guest clinician to work with The Academy in its inaugural 2001 season, when the corps was called the Summer Brass & Percussion Ensemble. Since then Glen as served in many roles such as music consultant, clinician, program coordinator and percussion caption head. Glen has enhanced the experience for all of its participants during his tenure and thousands of members and fans have reaped the benefits of his hard work and artistic vision. Glen will always be a part of The Academy family and we thank him for all that he has done for us. The search for a new leader of the percussion section has begun.
