DCI East A Success In Spite Of Rain

Yesterday, The Cadets rehearsed at the New Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey (home of the New York Giants and New York Jets). Rehearsal ended early at 3:30 in order to leave enough time to travel to Allentown, Pa. for the last regional of the year.

The rain didn’t stop The Cadets in Allentown last night – on the contrary, the rain stopped for The Cadets. The steady drizzle practically turned into a downpour as the corps stood at the gate; we rolled the podium and front ensemble onto the field, and then it was drizzling, and then it stopped. The angels walked onto the field.
