In The News: So Much More Than Just Marching

This weekend, I watched my son and his fellow Oregon Crusaders rebound from their second-place finish in the drum corps Open Class championships – which to them felt worse than coming in dead last – to a new level of energy and pride as they moved on to pit their performance against the largest, oldest and most elite corps in World Class.

I wish every child could have an experience like this, in whatever field their interests might lie.
