The Madison Drum & Bugle Corps Association Inc. (MDBCA) announces their 2011 annual meeting on Friday, November 4, 2011. As a required meeting of the by-laws of the organization, this annual gathering will include a recap of the 2011 fiscal year by board President Jeff Manion and Executive Director Chris Komnick and provide a “state of the corps” leading into 2012.
