Where Beatrix 2012 All Starts

We all know where and how a Beatrix season ends: in the finals stadium with a standing ovation from the crowd. But a Beatrix program starts within the minds of a group of people called the BPT (Beatrix Program Team).

An enormous pile of ideas is discussed and researched, thoughts are discarded or mutilated, lessons are learned, assumptions for the new season are made and the strengths and weaknesses of every part of the organization are discussed. It is only after many evenings of brainstorm sessions that this group of creative minds with a broad experience comes to one single conclusion, solemnly nodding to each other at the end of the meeting.
