The Govenaires Drum and Bugle Corps have been blessed with staff continuity through out the recent years. The 2012 season will be no exception, but a new face will join the ranks to lead the St. Peter, Minnesota group’s hornline.

This coming season marks Jordan Warfield’s first year as Brass Caption Head with the Govenaires Drum and Bugle Corps. He has been teaching marching bands and drum corps for the last ten years. From 2001 to 2010, he was a hornline and winter drum line staff member with the Irondale High School Marching Knights band.

Warfield studied Broad Area Music Performance at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and was a featured soloist in many ensembles recital contest.
