Phantom Regiment Presents NIU Concert Band Festival

The Phantom Regiment is proud to announce, in partnership with the Northern Illinois University Huskie Marching Band, a brand new Concert Band Festival!

The Regiment is excited to expand on the educational programs it provides by adding a concert band festival. This festival in conjunction with the NIU Huskie Marching Band, will take place on March 2 & 3, 2012 at the beautiful Boutell Memorial Concert Hall on the campus of the Northern Illinois University campus.
