Good Response To DCE Championships DVD

Judging from the reactions that Drum Corps Europe has received, the DVD of the 2011 DCE European Championships is proving to be very popular. Drum corps fans have responded positively to the image and sound quality.

For years now, the DCE European Championships have been recorded using high quality cameras. “Less high-quality equipment would work too, but if you want a good end result, you have to start at the beginning”, states DCE board member Marco Janssen. “In 2008, we switched to a new camera system and that was a huge step in terms of quality.” The excellent filming is done by the permanent crew consisting of Friedo Vermeulen, Erik Janssen and Marco de Roos.
