Revolution Announces 2012 Percussion Staff

Michael ‘Kyle’ Arwine was born in Dallas, Tx. and was raised in the nearby suburb of DeSoto, Tx. At the high school level, he was involved in indoor percussion ensembles as well as the award winning marching band programs where he held many leadership roles within the battery percussion. From 1993 – 1996 Kyle was a member of the Nite Express Drum & Bugle Corps from Cedar Rapids, Ia. As a player in the snare line he was given the leadership role of drum line captain (1995 – 96). Not only did Nite Express earn two division II/III percussion titles, he also earned a few individual awards through the years from the corps.
