The Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps begins 2012 with new — a new award, new development director, and new site for July’s long-awaited Drums Along the Rockies competition in Casper.
Corps director Fred Morris has become active in the Wyoming Music Educators Association over the past several years, seeing it as a natural outreach between the world class corps and music instructors throughout the state.
