Santa Clara Vanguard Looking For Drivers
The Vanguard and Vanguard Cadets are always on the lookout for drivers each year to get our vehicles from coast to coast, or just from Vanguard Hall to the weekend camp site. There are also times when we’re looking for a truck or bus driver to drive anywhere from two weeks or up to two months throughout the summer, getting behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer, a box truck, an SUV, a pickup with a trailer or even an Entertainer bus.
“Finding long-term CDL drivers for the buses and big trucks is a never-ending challenge, even for one or two weeks or for local weekend short hauls,” said Kathy Serksnis, the corps’ Chief Operating Officer.
