Crossmen Announce 2012 Drum Majors

Crossmen are pleased to announce their selections for 2012 Drum Major. The audition process started with the January Drum Major eXperience and Music Camp in San Antonio the end of January at Madison HS and concluded at the Crossmen February Music Camp. This year the audition and camp was conducted in partnership with DCI Jim Jones Award recipient, Kara (Hoefflinger) Alvarez-Calderon’s Contempo Leadership. “Kara brings a wealth of experience to our camp and has been a key ingredient in selecting and training quality leaders from the pool of applicants both from the veteran Crossmen membership and from new applicants.” stated Crossmen Executive Director, Fred Morrison,” We are very grateful for Kara’s and Contempo’s role in our training and selection process.”
