2012 Cavaliers April Camp Report

Members of The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps’ brass, percussion, and color guard made their way back to Rosemont, Ill., for the 2012 April Camp just three weeks before the summer officially begins on May 18 with the start of Pre-Tour.

The last three-day camp weekend of the 2012 season, held April 27-29, was the first time members of the color guard joined the corps since the clinic/audition camps in late 2011. “We jumped right into intense training, technique, and audition sessions as the staff looked to solidify this year’s membership,” said Color Guard Caption Head Sheldon Apo. “After such a productive and inspiring weekend, we’re all looking forward to starting something truly special as we move in for Pre-Tour.” Read more about the 2012 Color Guard Team recently announced on cavaliers.org.
