In The News: Blue Stars March Into Forest City

Marching bands are usually half-time entertainment, but a band from Wisconsin is spending time in the area preparing for competitions of their own.
The Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps out of Lacrosse, Wisconsin, is holding their two and a half week spring training camp at Waldorf College in Forest City.
