In The News: Phantom Regiment Kicks Off Sinnissippi Music In The Park Series
The white costumes, drums and bugles were out in full force Tuesday night as the Phantom Regiment opened the Sinnissippi Music in the Park Series, marching before a packed crowd.
Rockford’s drum and bugle corps debuted its new competitive program, based on an Italian opera, with hopes that it will take the Regiment back to the top of Drum Corps International.
