It takes a special soul to spend countless days and nights with 150 young men and women between the ages of 15 and 22, traveling more than 10,000 miles on a bus.
David Glasgow has such a soul. Executive director of the Canton Bluecoats for the past nine years, his dedication to the drum and bugle corps started 15 years ago as an euphonium, a conical-bore, tenor-voiced brass instrument, player.
