In The News: Drums Along The Mohawk Helps Students Who Want To March

The rat-a-tat-tat of drums and the blaring of bugles will sound from the Rome Free Academy Stadium on Thursday.

Drums Along the Mohawk will once again present the 2012 Drum Corps International World Tour at 7 p.m. The annual event brings drum corps from across the country to Rome for one night.

Roseann Grotevant, publicity coordinator for Drums Along the Mohawk, said that the event is a local favorite that also attracts visitors from communities outside of the area.
