Cavaliers Caption Leadership Prepares For 2013

When it comes to providing an unmatched, life-changing educational experience for members of The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps, the caption leadership team plays an essential role in shaping the direction, quality and impact of the entire program.

“We’re moving forward in 2013 with consistency across our caption leads, but also with an invigorated focus on enhancing the Cavalier experience,” said corps director and president Adolph DeGrauwe. The board of directors, management and staff leadership are taking a disciplined approach to organizational development and improvements as the corps moves into its 65th anniversary season.
