Music City Refines Plan For 2013
The Music City design team recently met to discuss and refine plans for next year. As previously announced, the 2013 production will have a Latin flavor, although new musical choices are now in the works. The staff is confident these musical refinements will result in a more outstanding product for the corps members to perform as well as give spectators the entertainment value they’ve come to expect from Music City. The corps plans to open the show with Ernesto Lecuona’s Rhapsodia Cubana. The always exciting El Cumbanchero will follow. Arturo Sandoval’s A mis Abuelos and Stan Kenton’s La Suerto de los Tontos will finish out the show.
