The Vanguard Cadets are pleased to announce the addition of Myron Rosander and Fred Smith to their 2013 Design Team. Rosander and Smith will join Program Director Rob Ripley, Guard Caption Manager/Visual Coordinator Peter Gomez, Brass Arranger Key Poulan and Percussion Arranger/Caption Manager Casey Brohard, to design the Vanguard Cadets 2013 program “The Art of War – A Soldier’s Story” as they challenge for the DCI Open Class World Championship in Michigan City, IN on Tuesday, August 6.
