Mandarins Introduce 2013 Percussion Staff

The Sacramento Mandarins are proud to announce their percussion staff for the 2013 season. This accomplished percussion staff has been assembled under the leadership of recently appointed Percussion Caption Head Robert Bowen, Music Composer Tony Nunez and Front Ensemble Arranger Kevin Shah. “This staff has been put together with the mindset of taking the Mandarins Percussion to the next level. Each of these staff members were selected for their exceptional performance and teaching experience”, stated Robert Bowen.
