In The News: GSHS Students Participate In Drum Corps International

On Friday, November 16 three students of the Grand Saline High School Mighty Indian Band, Ethan Duckworth, Matt Moreno and Shawn Hill, travelled to Forney for an audition camp with Drum Corps International’s Crossmen of San Antonio.

Drum Corps International (DCI) is a group of drum and bugle corps from all across the nation that has been thrilling fans with marching shows since 1972. Members of DCI groups are not professionals but they are the best of the best marching musicians from all over the United States and beyond ranging from ages 16 to 22. DCI calls itself, “Marching Music’s Major League.”
