Juliana Announces 2013 Program

The 2013 show by Juliana Drum & Bugle Corps is a tribute to Leonardi da Vinci. In “Leonardo’s Legacy”, Juliana takes the audience through Da Vinci’s chaotic way of thinking and creating, through his discoveries and successes and to his dreams of the future to ultimately arrive at the huge legacy that he left behind.

The show has four parts: ‘A Million Ideas’, ‘Brought to Life’, ‘Conquering the Skies’ and ‘Leaving a Legacy’. Leonardo da Vinci was a talented painter, sculptor, architect, biologist, engineer, inventor, philosopher, physicist, chemist, writer, composer and anatomist. “What made him so special was not just the fact that he excelled in all of these disciplines but that he went beyond the textbooks that existed at the time”, states the corps from Middelburg on the website.
