Drums Along The Rockies Celebrates 50 Years

Drums Along the Rockies is perhaps the most storied Drum and Bugle Corps competition on the Drum Corps International Summer Tour. For almost 50 years “Drums” has become a summertime tradition for Denver area residents and THE #1 destination competition for fans from across the globe! Featuring a World Class venue, cool mountain air and the hottest drum corps in the activity you just won’t find a better drum corps show this summer!!

When you arrive in the parking lot check out the “Warm Up Zone” featuring cool beverages, snacks, even a jumping castle for the kids, all within just yards of the corps warm up zone! On your way into the stadium make sure you spend some time watching the Rocky Mountain Throwdown, a competition between area drumlines in advance of the big show. For the 50th Anniversary the “Warm Up Zone” will also be treated to special performances of the Bronco’s Stampede Drumline and the Bronco’s Brass! Both ensembles are produced by, and an important part of the Ascend Performing Arts Family!
