2013 Cavaliers Family Day BBQ Recap
On the evening of Sunday, May 26, the Cavalier Alumni Association hosted the annual Family Day BBQ to mark the end of the first full week of Pre-Tour for The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps. The 2013 event, held over Memorial Day weekend, was the largest to date, with well over 200 making the trip to support the Green Machine!
A first glimpse at ‘Secret Society.’
The barbecue-style event, held at Benedictine University in Lisle, Ill., began with a full ensemble rehearsal and special preview of this year’s program, Secret Society. The performance was the first opportunity for the 2013 members to show friends, fans, family, and alumni what has been the focus during the first week of every-day rehearsals.
