Exciting Addition At Boston Crusaders

The Boston Crusaders are pleased to announce exciting changes to its organizational structure, the launch of Inspire Arts and Music, and the appointment of former drum major Thompson Vou as Director of Administration.

With an eye towards bringing all of the organization’s programs into a unified structure, earlier this year the Crusaders Board of Directors approved changing the name of the corps’ not-for-profit corporation from the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps, Inc. to Inspire Arts and Music, Inc. Inspire will operate all of the organization’s existing programs which include the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, a 150-member internationally recognized competitive touring ensemble, Mass Bay Music Festivals, which provides performance and music education opportunities for scholastic ensembles in the Boston area, and a growing partnership with the Neponset Youth Winterguard, a winter performance color guard of inner city youth known nationally as St. Ann’s Colorguard.
