2013 SCVonTOUR Blog: June 17 – June 19

Today is our last full day of rehearsal before debuting our 2013 program “Les Miserables” at the MidCal Champions Showcase . Tomorrow we will be traveling to Buchanan High School in Clovis, CA for our premiere event of the season, and although this week got off to a smoky start, the corps is ready to play their hearts out on the field.

Last night was our dress rehearsal at Sierra High School in Tollhouse, CA from 8 – 10 PM. We invited the public to attend, and close to 200 people packed the bleachers. Not only was this the largest audience we’ve had at one of our rehearsals, it was also the first time that anyone would see our new uniforms. In the days leading up to our dress rehearsal, we have been dropping hints on our social media sites giving people glimpses of our new look.
