The corps were awake at 7:15 this morning. They were greeted again to temps in the low 50’s. The expected high today is 80 with clear skies. After PT, stretch with John, breakfast and visual block we had 60 minutes in sectionals followed by lunch hour at 12:30. The rehearsal day ended with sectional, ensemble and a run at 4:45 pm. Five o’clock brought EPL and a trip to Owatonna for laundry and some down time. Most of the staff and admin stayed behind in Janesville for a trip to the Janesville Dairy Queen and some bonding time at the local eatery. We wish to thank the Janesville community and the Janesville superintendent of schools for their hospitality. The locals came out in force to watch rehearsal. We may have inspired a few budding musicians the last couple of days. The convoy reassembled at 10:15 and headed the 340 miles to Grafton, WI and our housing site at John Long Middle School.
