2013 SCVonTour Blog: June 28th – Aug 1st

As we make our way toward the east coast, our 2013 competitive summer tour is growing to a close. There are only nine days left until we must all say goodbye and go back to “real life.” And although the end of the season is near, we haven’t given up just yet. The members continue to work harder than ever before to push themselves to new boundaries.

On, Sunday July 28, the corps woke up at 9:30 AM with a big day ahead of them. Fresh off an amazing performance at the San Antonio regional just over a week earlier, everyone was excited to get back in front of a huge crowd at a huge stadium. With the changes we made during our stay in Texarkana, we were hoping for another jump in our score.
