In Grateful Appreciation From 7th Regiment

The 7th Regiment very much appreciates the generosity of the Frank Loomis Palmer Fund and the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut which donated $20,000 and $5,000 respectively towards the expansion of the Corps from 65 members to 90 members. The total project cost of the expansion, which included the purchase of new uniforms and instruments, was $48.500. Without their assistance the expansion would not have been possible.
