Mandarins Appoint Key Poulan As Program Director

The Mandarins Drum and Bugle Corps is pleased to announce that Key Poulan has accepted the position of Program Director for the 2014 season. In this new position, Poulan will be responsible for all aspects of the show creation, including creative content, design staff management, design schedule, and budget.

“I am extremely excited for the new season, especially after having such a positive crowd and fan response to ‘Destination America.’ We look forward to creating another innovative story for 2014,” said Poulan.
