The Madison Drum & Bugle Corps Association Inc. (MDBCA) announces its 2013 annual meeting on Friday, November 1, 2013. As a required meeting of the by-laws, this annual gathering will include a recap of the 2013 fiscal year by board President Jeff Manion and Executive Director Chris Komnick and provide a “state of the corps” leading into 2014.
