2014 Cadets Texas Audition Locations Announced
In preparation for the 2014 drum corps season, The Cadets will hold auditions at three sites in Texas on the weekend of December 13-15, 2013.
The Cadets’ Texas Auditions are open to all brass players, percussionists and colorguard members who are interested in marching with The Cadets, getting a taste of what the corps is all about, and learning from top-level instructors in the marching arts.
Each audition “camp” will consist of an informational meeting, a music rehearsal in which attendees will learn a couple of Cadets tunes, and a marching block for basic technique instruction and evaluation. Meanwhile, colorguard auditionees will work together on equipment technique and dance.
