Academy Includes California In 2014 Tour Plan

With our Southern California Open House session just days away, we thought it appropriate to announce that The Academy will return to California for the 2014 competitive season. As a part of the 10,000 mile National Tour, the corps will begin its early season in Southern California, visiting some of the Pacific region’s most historic and well attended events. Keep your eyes out on DCI.org for the full season schedule near November’s end.

Those in the area interested in learning much more about The Academy should join us on Sunday, November 10th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at Ayala High School in Chino Hills, CA. This FREE event is open to all prospective members, parents, and fans wishing to learn a bit more about the drum and bugle corps activity and The Academy. Brass, Colorguard, Snare Drum, Tenor Drum, Bass Drum, and Cymbal players will be able to sample some instruction from several of the key staff following an informational meeting.
