Caccum Joins 2014 Mandarins As Tour Manager

The Sacramento Mandarins are pleased to announce that Rick Caccam will be joining us as a part-time Tour Manager for the upcoming 2014 season. Rick brings with him a wealth of drum corps knowledge and experience through his show coordination, management and tour driving experience. Mandarins Corps Director Jim Tabuchi said, “I can’t think of anyone better to bring on board with the Mandarins. He has this incredible talent of keeping things moving on time and making sure everyone is having fun. Just what we need on tour!” Please join us in welcoming Rick to this new role.
