Just a few days into 2014, Michael Kehoss, Board of Directors Chairman for Youth Education in the Arts (YEA!) has announced that George Hopkins, CEO of YEA! and Director of The Cadets, has signed a new, four-year contract extension that will run through 2017.

In announcing the contract, Kehoss said, “We are thrilled to insure that George will be leading YEA! for the coming years. Mr. Hopkins has been at the helm since the early 1980s, and it is pretty amazing to us all that he keeps the pace he does. Indeed, the YEA! Board encourages growth, and it is clear to us all that George’s leadership and the great work of the YEA! team continues to allow our organization to expand its program offerings to serve more and more young people locally, regionally and nationally.”
