Norfleet Named New Cascades Director

We are pleased to announce that Lewis Norfleet is the new Executive Director of the Northwest Youth Music Association and Director of the Cascades Drum Corps.

Lewis first joined the Cascades in 2000 and has worked with the corps both as an instructor and a designer for several seasons over the last 14 years. He is currently a designer for numerous high school programs across the country in Oregon, California, Nevada, Texas, Missouri, Virginia, Georgia, the Carolinas and Washington State, where he works with Central Valley, Evergreen, Ferndale, Kamiak, and Newport. Lewis has been a band director for 17 years at the high school and collegiate levels and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Washington.
