Vanguard Cadets Announce 2014 Program

Almost fifty years ago, the Vanguard organization forged its identity by blazing a trail on a road less traveled.

The Vanguard Cadets 2014 production is inspired by that same spirit of adventure, the same need to leap into the unknown, having chosen to journey down The Road Not Taken.

The soundtrack seamlessly weaves together a tapestry of lush, challenging, surprising and uplifting music by Philip Glass, John Powell, Ludwig van Beethoven, Chrissie Hynde and traditional Eastern European folk music. Against this cinematic score, a thrilling and emotional visual program unfolds, creating and exploring some of life’s moments when following your heart and taking a chance can truly make all the difference.
