2014 Pioneer Preseason Workout Program
There are many different things you need to be doing leading up to move-in’s. Getting your bodies ready for rehearsing all day every day needs to be one of the things you’re doing. For starters, let me just say that even though you should be doing as much as you can to prepare yourself, doing SOMETHING is always better than nothing. You need to be doing something everyday. Even if that means just going for a 10 min run instead of your usual 30 min run. Once again, DOING A LITTLE SOMETHING IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING AT ALL.
