President Gil Silva welcomed the Skyliners back to the competitive field and Windsor Regiment have moved to open class. Vice-President Allen Buell introduced local staff from the Visit Rochester team, along with discussing the changes to the championships schedule. Then on Saturday, August 30th, prelims will begin early at 10am, with the I & E/Mini Corps competition taking place in the Convention Center Saturday night. The Alumni Spectacular will have 12 corps and be held on Sunday, August 31st starting at 10am, with finals starting at 5pm.
