Pacific Crest Remembering Cory Blee

We are saddened to report the passing of Pacific Crest alumnus Cory Blee. Cory performed with Pacific Crest from 1995 – 1997 and in 2001. He also taught for the corps in 2003, our first-ever appearance at the DCI World Championships.

“I was shocked to hear about Cory’s sudden passing,” said Executive Director Stuart Pompel. “Every summer, he’d come by to check out the corps and show his support. Cory was also a student of mine when I taught percussion at Diamond Bar High School, and it was nice to see him develop as a performer at Pacific Crest. I will miss seeing him.”
