Mandarins Partner With Sacramento State

We’ve entered in a strategic partnership with Sacramento State, to produce the Mandarins Academies hosted by Sacramento State Department of Music — a series of performing arts camps for youth to further their skills in brass, percussion, color guard, and drum major conducting.

“Many of our Sac State music students have also marched with the Mandarins. They in turn, have gone on to have very successful careers as music educators, arrangers and performers” said Dr. Clay Redfield, Associate Director of Bands at Sacramento State. “We are certainly excited to join together with the Mandarins in a partnership that will continue to successfully build both programs and support music educators in our region.”
