pacific_crest_100x100 Pacific Crest Youth Arts Organization is excited to introduce our newest Board Member, Terry Blackley.

TERRY J. BLACKLEY joined the Board of Directors in 2014. Blackley brings to Pacific Crest his wide experience in teaching, directing, and building instrumental music programs as well as his administrative experience as the Dean of Fine Arts at Fullerton College for 25 years.
