RCC Indoor Percussion Becomes Program Of BD Performing Arts

It’s official! Riverside City College has agreed that RCC Indoor Percussion will become a program of BD Performing Arts organization, joining a very prestigious list that includes the 16-time DCI World Champion Blue Devils and the 4-time DCI Open Class Champions Blue Devils B! “Wow, this is very exciting news,” said RCC Director Gary Locke. “This partnership agreement increases our stability and allows us to remain consistent in our approach: providing our students with the best educational experience possible, while maintaining our goal of being on the cutting edge, always striving to be the best!”
