Cordova Joins Oregon Crusaders As 2015 Colorguard Caption Head/Choreographer

Oregon Crusaders is very please to announce that Christopher Cordova is joining Oregon Crusaders as Colorguard Caption Head and Choreographer, joining Charlotte Morrow (Colorguard Caption Supervisor and Director of OC Independent Winter Colorguard) to lead the 2015 OC drum corps colorguard program. Christopher, 25, was born in the Greater Los Angeles area and raised in La Quinta, CA, just outside of Palm Springs. He first received formal training in the color guard activity through his intermediate and high school education. Christopher was instructed under David Hill. During Christopher’s sophomore year in 2010, Allan Dekko introduced him to drum corps and was a member of the 2006 Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps. The following summer Christopher joined the Concord Blue Devils and was honored to have worked with Scott Chandler and TJ Doucette through 2011. Christopher rose through the ranks and became the Color Guard Caption in 2011. As a member of the Blue Devil Organization, Christopher was part of a world class corps that won three gold medals and two silver medals, as well as four consecutive Color Guard titles at the DCI Championships.
