Crown2015 Camps Underway

Crown2015 Camp1 is in the books! Auditionees from across the country and the world spent the weekend at Fort Mill’s Nation Ford High School playing, marching, and spinning, all in hopes of earning a spot and joining the Crown family for the 2015 season.

After checking in and completing paperwork on Friday night, the potential members listened to Crown founder and new DCI Hall of Fame member, Kevin Smith, summarize the history of Carolina Crown, before Tour Director Nancy Barth and Executive Director Jim Coates reviewed the plan for the weekend. Then it was off to classrooms and gymnasiums for the first session of rehearsals.
