New System Blue Director Of Education And Educational Advisor

It is with great excitement that we announce Frank Troyka will be joining System Blue as Director of Education and Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser will be the new Senior Educational Advisor. Both gentlemen are active lecturers and clinicians as well as top educators in the world of pageantry.

Frank is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington, is a former band director of several prestigious junior high and high school programs, and has a long prestigious history within the Drum Corps world. Currently Frank holds the position of Educational Consultant in the Division of Education at Conn-Selmer, Inc. and he is the coordinator of the “Generation Next” series of presentations for The Midwest Clinic. And now he has just been named the Director of Education for System Blue.
