This honorary society pays homage to others who will follow Gail Royer’s lead of generosity and dedication to the mission of Santa Clara Vanguard. Gail’s life-long dreams were fulfilled through his leadership and collaboration with parents to establish Santa Clara Vanguard to benefit the young musicians of our region and the world.
