Run For The Arts: Ascend And The Colfax Marathon

It’s that time of year again: excited eyes are turning towards the approaching spring and summer. With this in mind, runners from all across the country are preparing for the 10th annual Colfax Marathon, to be held in Denver on the weekend of May 15th-17th. This marathon was recognized by Runner’s World magazine as one of the Top-10 marathons in the nation, and consists of three days, five races, and one of the biggest Charity Partner Programs in the country. In 2014, the marathon drew about 17,000 runners, which meant a lot of attention for Denver and some great exposure for the race’s Charity Partners.
